Just wanted to say how much I appreciate the way and your team packed and stored and then un-packed all my belongings. Not a scratch or chip and all helpfully labelled, not only with contents but with where it came from and with a smile.
The rooms are all finished but im still to un-pack 49 boxes (counted them this morning – cant all be books and pictures can they?) from the garage and study im going to free-cycle as much as I can there’s enough to furnish a small flat!

Thank you so much for your telephone message concerning the repair of the damaged car when your van door blew open. I confirm that I have arranged with Mr. Soame of body-tech to have the work carried out on the 12th October. The rest of the repair to the paintwork and the replacement of the damaged trim was estimated at £60 + cost of the trim.
I have asked that this in-voice be forwarded to you, I very much appreciate the manner in which you dealt with the accident. Perhaps when I move house in the new year I will be in touch with you again.
